It's initial for us to share you the current market status, so that you can better arrange your shipment plan.
1. Containers
The current shortage of containers is quite serious. Plz find the below image concluding the status of the each shipping line.
Now we've got the latest news from Evergreen that now Zhongshan/Shunde/Bejiao have sufficient 40HC in supply.
If your cargo are in the surroungding cities: Guangzhou/Zhuhai/Shenzhen/Foshan, etc, you can recommend the cnee to change the POL.
According to our comercial dept's feedback, this situation will continue to February, 2021. So plz properly forward this message to your clients and change loading plan.
2. Space
EMC: Stop booking in Nov: NIGNBO. SHANGHAI/SHENZHEN/GUAGNZHOU/QINGDAO okay to release. Notice: Qingdao Overweight cargo unaccepted.
HPL: WCSA bookings are made till Dec 15, 2020.
COSCO: Only accept bookings after Nov 24, 2020.
HBS: WCSA only accept NOR bookings.
ONE: Week 48-49 Okay to release. Notice: Qingdao also in full bookings in Nov. Overweight cargo unaccepted.
3. Rates
Plz find the image in the bottom our TIER 1 FAK rates.
Due to the serious problems of containers and space, now shipping lines GRI again. Rates rebound to high level as FAK: USD 4500/4700/4800, some start to charge extra fee for congestion.
Now freight increases by USD 200/CTNR per week.
According to the market estimate, in December rates will be even higher. It's neccessary for you to forward the info to the cnee in advance.
