Today let us talk about how to use logistics management system to improve work efficiency.
What system can improve the work efficiency? How to improve? Need i download APP?
The system is CIS (Cargo info system) Operation Instruction.
It doesn' t need to download the APP, it is an on-line webpage cargo operation system.
How to improve?
Brief Introduction
CIS (Cargo info system) is an on-line webpage cargo operation system developed by San Logistic Limited, support by internet cloud computing, it include three base interfaces, including daily report/ track and trace/ E-financé, which will greatly improve the efficiency of cargo operation at every handling step, and enable its partner to grasp essential shipment status and shipping information in real time.
DR (Daily Report ) interface:
Daily Report (DR system) is used to place booking instruction to San Logistics Limited, and user chat with San's operation on-line like Skype, it include two parts:
Inbound: is for Import shipment from Asia to Latin America
Outbound: is for export shipment from Latin America to Asia,
DR system can support shipment of Air and Ocean (FCL or LCL) shipment, under all intercoms (FOB/EXW/CIF/DDU)
Track and trace interface:
Track and Trace is not only used for cargo tracing, the shipment status will be updated from pick-up to final delivery, besides, user can find all essential shipping information they need, like ETD/ETA &MBL/HBL NO. etc., even upload or download shipping docs required for handling, like MBL /HBL/Manifest copy etc.,
E-finance interface：
E-finance can be used by user to know all payment status between user and San logistics, either outstanding or settled, debit note for single shipment or SOA for each month can be exported.
